left on?
A. Desktop computers can be left on
all day and should be turned off at night for less future service
costs. Laptops should be turned on and off as needed.

Q. How do I know what size air
conditioner or furnace I need?
A. We can estimate the size needed by
square footage along with interior conditionings. We also can do
load calculation on your home if you prefer. Today’s units are often
significantly more efficient than older models and don’t need to be
as large to deliver the same or better amount of comfort.
What is the warranty on my unit?
A. The manufacturer’s warranty begins
on the date of installation and lasts depending on the type of unit
installed. The manufacturer’s warranty covers most mechanical parts.
It does not include labor, refrigerant, shipping charges or a
replacement unit. You may be able to purchase an extended warranty
if so desired.

A. The answer is usually yes,
depending on the age and efficiency level of your current unit. We
will be able to estimate the efficiency level of your current unit,
